Azizul Huq College, Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College, Bogra Cantonment public School & College and Bogra Zilla School are well known  Educational Institution here. There is an International Cricket stadium in Bogra, What is known as Shaheed Chandu Stadium. Bogra is the birth place of Late President Ziaur Rahman, Writer Aktheruzzaman Illius , Romena afaz, Crickter Mushfiqur Rahim, Footballer Alfaz Uddin Ahmed and so on. The curd of this district is World famous for its taste.
